Heartstopper – Alice Oseman

This is a wonderful gem. I absolutely loved it. Heartstopper made me feel I was 16 again, not sure about my emotions or anyone else’s for that matter. The art work is simple, almost manga like, and so effective too. The main characters, Nick and Charlie, are adorable and there’s all this supporting cast of colleagues, family and teachers that really hits home about the normality of it all. I couldn’t stop thinking how much a book like this can help out the LGBT younger generation and all of us to create a more equal society. Highly recommended.
