Shades of freezing grey. This is a golf course, covered in ice and fog, in what was a new type of cold for me, the one that goes through all your layers and stays there, close to your bones. It’s beautiful to watch, but maybe at a distance, or from a window. Billy Connolly (a Scottish stand-up comedian, if you’re not familiar with the name) said once “There’s no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothes”. I’ll leave it at that.
