A Photo a Week Challenge – Peaceful Place

This is more of a peaceful memory than a normally peaceful place. In fact, it is usually far from it and a few hours before it was full of tourists. But this shot was taken just after a typhoon that evacuated the island. We stayed, safe in our hotel and ventured out once it was gone. No crowds, no rain or wind, just us and this beautiful sunset and it felt the most peaceful place in the world.
