There’s nothing more satisfying than taking a shot, and checking afterwards to see how sharp is the detail. It makes up for the knealing down, back inducing pain of strange positions, the steady hands as most of the time I don’t have a tripod on me, just to get that perfect macro.
Sometimes, only on editing the amount of detail comes across. I remember the first macros I took with my new camera and they were was amazing. And I remember when I had a closer look on things that were far away I could see them in all their glory, enriching my experience and knowledge.

Macro is amazing for revealing intricate structures in plants. I especially like the green leaves. So vivid they really caught my eye.
