Doors galore! This is Guimarães, considered Portugal’s birthplace, has its centre classified as World Heritage Site because of an “exceptionally well-preserved and authentic example of the evolution of a medieval settlement into a modern town”. I’m not sure how old these houses are, but they look at least 16th Century to me.
Dan announced the “First Annual Thursday Doors Writing Challenge” and asked for designations. I hope these doors and scene can inspire someone.

I absolutely love this photograph. There is so much detail in it and the two women add a fabulous touch. Well done on capturing it.
