An old photo of an old building in Lisbon. I am shocked to find next to no information online about buildings such as this one. I remember having a guide to Lisbon’s architecture when I was a teenager. I have to try to find it next time I visit, it was a wonderful source of knowledge. As it is, this lovely building and door is near the Príncipe Real, one of the most stylish areas in the Portuguese capital. The public garden has one of the most impressive cedar tree I have ever seen.

The top and the bottom of the photo really offset each other and as Dan said, what fine details.
