I loved this space at the Natural History Museum in Lisbon, alongside with the Chemical Lab and Amphitheater. The room is called Branca Edmeé Marques, after the Portuguese scientist that studied with Marie Curie. The photography exhibition was very interesting but for me, the space was everything. It was like time travelling, full period features. And the door, I’d imagine it was a simple cupboard door but I couldn’t stop wondering how many stories it could tell.

I love this photo, Sofia The soft curves are. Tribute to the craftsmanship. Perhaps it was a utilitarian space, but the fit and finish is remarkable.

That’s a fascinating photo, Sofia, and I agree with you about the space. The faces make is all the more interesting and unusual.

Thank you, Janet. I’m glad you liked it as it is a different sort of door/photo.
