It’s becoming a family tradition to go for a walk on New Years Day, preferably a walk in the woods, so we feel close to nature after all the excesses of Christmas. This time we went to Pollok, the closest park and one of our favourite places in Glasgow. We pass this house every single time, and I was happy to see that even the things that are familiar can still pleasantly surprise me.
