Friendly Fridays- Dreamy

This is one of those photos that means a lot to me. It was one of my last summers while still living in Portugal before moving to Scotland. It was one of the last proper summer holidays I had in 15 years. Some of these memories I am sure are not exactly accurate. I just remember them as perfect. The perfect beach day, the perfect low tide, the perfect sunset.

After that life changed completely and so did my summer holidays. Even now, when I go back to see my family, those summer days are never quite like this. They are happier now but don’t photograph as perfectly as this one did.
