The Botanic Gardens in Glasgow is one of my favourite places to visit, especially the Kibble Palace, the beautiful Victorian glasshouse with its many statues. This is Eve, by Scipione Tadolini, dating to 1870. It’s the first statue we can see once inside I love the fact Eve is always surrounded by the lush greens of the Australian ferns.
