I can’t resist a bit of candid photography and then always feel incredibly guilty of taking the shot. Maybe, just maybe, that is because I hate being photographed and maybe other people might hate it too…

I do love to take candid photos and rarely feel guilty while taking them – but then I do feel a bit guilty when I share them online! I love your shot of the children at the Nikko festival and the expression on the face of the second in line in particular!

I took so many photos there and this is one of my favourites. They were just starting a really long procession and already looked incredibly uncomfortable…

I loved Nikko! We were there for some sort of children’s festival so I got some good shots of them – their parents were actively encouraging us to take photos 🙂
